Q: I noticed the time (Clock) on all our chargers is lagging behind not sure if it's supposed to automatically switch during our Summer/ Winter clocks going forward or backward not so sure if it might affect performance or output.
A: Thank you for flagging this. The clock on the chargers is just for display purposes. BetterFleet will time stamp all data based on when it actually comes in, not how the charger is configured. If this is an issue, we could help you to configure the chargers to connect to a time server which would always keep them in sync.
