BetterFleet login incorrect username/password error


1) If you are unable to login and see the following error:

 


2) First check that you have selected the correct region for your account:

 

3) If this is accurate reset your password using the Forgot Password button


 

4) If the problem persists contact your organisation's BetterFleet system admin, alternatively email support@betterfleet.com and request a password reset.
